Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing times may extend during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen operational delays.


Shipping Partner

We ship all orders through Shiprocket, which assigns courier partners based on serviceability, delivery performance, and location.

Courier selection is automated and cannot be manually changed.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or regulatory restrictions are beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email using the contact information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking link.


Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders receive priority processing

  • In case of delivery delays, customers must coordinate directly with the courier partner using tracking details

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped


Undelivered / RTO Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

The order will be treated as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • No refunds

  • No re-shipment

This applies to both COD and prepaid orders.


Incorrect Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders delivered incorrectly due to wrong or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds or replacement.


Damaged Shipments

All shipments are handled by third-party courier partners.

Matang Perfumers is not responsible for damage during transit.
Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
