Returns
We operate under a strict no-return policy. Once an order has been delivered, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
All purchases made on our website are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Damages and Issues
All orders are shipped via third-party courier partners. Any damage caused during transit is the responsibility of the courier partner, and Matang Perfumers is not liable for such damages.
Customers are advised to inspect their shipment upon delivery and raise any transit-related damage complaints directly with the courier service.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you have ordered, please notify us by following the steps below:
- Email clear video and photos of the received product along with a detailed description to matangperfumers@gmail.com
- The email must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for review
- If the received items are found to be incorrect then a refund will be initiated and customer will get the notification by email. This process may takes up-to 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
As we follow a no-return policy, all products sold on our website are non-returnable, including but not limited to perfumes, attars, incense products, personal care items, custom orders, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, returns and cancellations are not accepted once the order has been dispatched.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a customer get the wrong product. Customer should follow the steps as mentioned in the Incorrect Item Received section above this page.
If approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.
